Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SpinGlide. We want to make sure you have a great experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

By placing an order or making a purchase at SpinGlide, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process

To start a return, you must contact us at spinglide@outlook.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at spinglide@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of replacement or provide a full refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personal care goods. Please get in touch via email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact spinglide@outlook.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process.
