OVERVIEW
At SpinGlide, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship our products globally to ensure that everyone can enjoy a cleaner home with less effort. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

SECTION 3 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 48-72 hours. You can monitor your package's progress directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
SpinGlide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.
SECTION 5 - WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong address.
SECTION 6 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SpinGlide is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
